Customer Finance Partner | Consumer Fintech | £55–60k + Bonus | London
I’m working with a high-growth Fintech business that is looking for a Customer Finance Partner to join their team and take ownership of the customer journey from onboarding through to ongoing account success.
This is a hands-on, operational role sitting across customer success, finance, credit and operations, deal for someone who enjoys being close to the detail, working with customers and improving how things operate.
📍 London – 3 days per week, near Liverpool Street
💰 £55–60k + bonus
What you’ll be doing:
- Own the customer journey from approval through to first drawdown
- Coordinate onboarding across Credit, Sales and Operations
- Guide customers through KYC, documentation and platform setup
- Act as the key point of contact for customers post-onboarding
- Drive utilisation of financing facilities across the customer base
- Monitor account activity and proactively engage underutilised customers
- Support customers with drawdowns and repayments
- Analyse utilisation and portfolio data to identify opportunities
- Identify onboarding and operational bottlenecks and improve processes
- Build scalable onboarding processes, workflows and playbooks
- Work closely with Product & Engineering to improve the customer experience
- Feed customer insights back into the wider business

What they’re looking for:
- 3–7 years’ experience across customer success, onboarding, operations or account management
- Experience within fintech, lending, financial services or a regulated environment
- Understanding of working capital, trade finance, invoice finance, receivables finance or B2B lending
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A genuinely operational mindset, someone who likes making things happen
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across Credit, Sales, Product and Operations
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
