The Opportunity
Are you passionate about helping customers succeed while driving commercial growth? Do you enjoy using data and customer insight to uncover opportunities and build meaningful relationships?
We're looking for a Customer Growth Account Manager (Core MIS) to join our Sales Division and play a key role in supporting schools and trusts throughout their Juniper journey. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in the Education MIS or EdTech sector who enjoys combining customer success, account management, and commercial strategy.
Working with customer intelligence platforms such as Gainsight, Juniper Intelligence and SugarCRM, you'll identify opportunities to expand customer value, increase product adoption, and support customers in maximising the benefits of Juniper's solutions. A particular focus of this role will be driving growth and migration opportunities into our core MIS platform.
As a Customer Growth Account Manager, You'll
- Manage a portfolio of existing Juniper customers, becoming a trusted advisor throughout their journey.
- Use customer data, health scores, engagement trends and product adoption insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Create and deliver account growth plans that increase customer value and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
- Identify and convert cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the Juniper portfolio.
- Drive adoption and migration opportunities into Juniper's core MIS solutions.
- Conduct proactive account reviews and strategic customer conversations.
- Build strong relationships with Headteachers, School Business Leaders, Trust Executives and IT leaders.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Sales teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline and forecasting information within CRM systems.
- Monitor customer health and take proactive action to reduce churn and improve satisfaction.
- Present tailored commercial proposals aligned to customers' goals and priorities.
- Share customer insights to help shape product development, marketing activity and customer success initiatives.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is
- Naturally curious with a passion for understanding customer behaviour through data and insight.
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities from customer intelligence.
- Strong relationship builder who develops trusted advisor status with customers.
- Comfortable interpreting data and translating insight into meaningful customer conversations.
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple customer opportunities simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-motivated, taking ownership of customer portfolios and growth plans.
- Collaborative team player who works effectively across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Product teams.
- Demonstrates resilience and adaptability within a fast-paced commercial environment.
What are we looking for?
Essential
- Experience working within the Education MIS sector or education technology market.
- Proven success managing existing customer accounts and delivering commercial growth.
- Strong consultative account management and customer success skills.
- Experience identifying and converting cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Ability to interpret customer data and translate insights into meaningful actions.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as SugarCRM, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Commercially minded with a customer-first approach.
Desirable
- Experience using Gainsight or similar Customer Success platforms.
- Knowledge of Power BI or other customer intelligence and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of the education technology landscape, particularly MIS solutions.
- Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based software.
- Familiarity with customer health scoring and product adoption metrics.
- Experience working with Multi Academy Trusts (MATs).
- Knowledge of sales enablement tools such as Gong or Seismic.
