Who we are

Employment Hero is on a mission to make employment easier and more valuable for everyone. Our Employment Operating System brings hiring, HR, payroll and benefits into an all-in-one solution. Since our inception in 2014, we’ve scaled to a $2 billion valuation and gained a presence in 6 countries globally – Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, the UK and Canada. We now service over 300,000 businesses and more than 2 million employees.

The EH Way

At Employment Hero, we’re proud of our unique DNA, which we call The EH Way.

  • We are Mission First – everything we do (from what we work on, to how we allocate capital and where we focus) is driven by our Mission
  • We are Remote First – we champion a remote environment with a preference for asynchronous communication and a high degree of autonomy
  • We are AI First – we are committed to using AI to accelerate our mission; AI is not just a tool, it’s a fundamental part of how we operate, innovate, and scale
  • We Live by Our Values – we role model our values 100% of the time
  • We Expect High Performance – we set a high standard and we’re not satisfied with being average.

The Role

As a Customer Growth Consultant, you are the primary guide for our UK customers as they adopt additional Employment Hero products —including health insurance, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Pre employment checks, EAP and upgrades to payroll or HR solutions. This is a high-velocity, outcome-driven, activation-focused role where you'll ensure our users are getting the most out of our platform's capabilities. You will partner with existing clients to ensure these specific platform capabilities are configured correctly and integrated into their daily business operations.

You will spend your day engaging with business owners, Payroll managers & HR managers, showing them how to navigate our technology to streamline their workflows. You are the bridge that ensures a customer maximizes the benefits of our platform.

Your Key Focus Areas Will Be

  • You will lead engaging, structured walkthroughs that help customers understand the benefits of the wider platform, ensuring health insurance, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Pre employment checks, EAP and upgrades to payroll or HR solutions are optimized for their specific business needs.
  • Proactively engage with customers based on platform usage data and marketing campaigns, identifying those who have a current need for additional platform modules but haven't yet integrated them into their daily digital routine.
  • Act as a consultant, analyzing a customer's current manual processes and mapping those requirements directly to our software's features to remove administrative friction.
  • You will follow up with your customers to track their progress within the platform, ensuring they are successfully navigating the system and hitting their first software adoption milestones after your training.
  • Serve as the eyes and ears of the UK market, gathering technical and user-experience feedback to help our Product and Marketing teams refine the platform's interface and functionality for our local users.
  • Maintain a high pace of activity and manage your own schedule to hit key product-usage targets, while keeping our internal CRM systems like Salesforce updated with accurate usage insights.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
