Infopro Digital, the B2B group specialising in information and technology, is currently looking for a Customer Growth & Intelligence Manager on a permanent basis to strengthen the team within Red-on-line, part of Infopro Digital's Risk & Compliance division.
Red-on-line helps organisations manage operational risk and maintain regulatory compliance across Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements through a market-leading SaaS platform and specialist services. Operating internationally, Red-on-line supports businesses with regulatory intelligence, risk management solutions and action plan management tools that help customers improve compliance, reduce risk and strengthen business performance.
As Red-on-line continues to grow internationally and evolve its product offering, we are strengthening our ability to better understand customer behaviours, optimise customer journeys and unlock growth opportunities through customer intelligence and data-driven decision making.
This is not a traditional marketing role. We are looking for a commercially minded professional who can transform customer insight into measurable business outcomes. You will be able to move from data to action, identifying opportunities within customer information, developing targeted activation programmes, engaging stakeholders and measuring business impact.
THE ROLE
As Customer Growth & Intelligence Manager, you will transform customer insights into growth opportunities.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities within customer data, building targeted campaigns, engaging internal stakeholders and measuring the commercial impact generated.
Using customer data, product usage analytics, adoption signals and business priorities, you will develop targeted programmes that strengthen customer engagement, accelerate product adoption, generate expansion opportunities and improve customer retention.
Working at the intersection of Customer Success, Marketing, Sales and Product Marketing, you will build high-value customer programmes based on genuine customer needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Intelligence & Data Consolidation
- Consolidate and analyse customer data from multiple business systems, including CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, product usage analytics, back-office systems and Customer Success data
- Develop clear and actionable visibility across the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, expansion opportunities and retention risks
- Identify customer behaviours, engagement trends, adoption signals and growth opportunities
- Build reliable analysis and reporting to support strategic marketing and commercial decision-making
- Provide customer intelligence that helps guide business priorities and activation programmes
Segmentation & Prioritisation
- Develop actionable customer and prospect segmentation models based on maturity, usage, business value, growth potential and risk indicators
- Prioritise target audiences, offers and markets based on strategic objectives and commercial impact
- Support go-to-market and customer marketing decision-making through data-led recommendations
- Help the business identify where activation efforts should be focused to maximise performance

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
