Job Overview

Are you motivated by building strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and turning conversations into growth? We’re looking for an energetic and commercially minded Customer Growth Representative to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you’ll play an important part in growing our customer base, developing existing accounts and increasing sales through proactive customer engagement. You’ll build trusted relationships, identify opportunities to introduce customers to relevant products and services, and encourage greater adoption of our digital solutions.

With your strong communication skills, customer-focused approach and enthusiasm for sales, you’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while contributing directly to our growth objectives.

This is a great opportunity to develop your B2B sales, negotiation and customer relationship skills, gain valuable commercial experience and make a tangible contribution to the success of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and promote our products or services effectively
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships through proactive communication and personalised support
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value
  • Negotiate terms and close deals that align with both client needs and company goals
  • Act as an expert in promoting our digital products and services to support our digital sales targets
  • Reviews, follows up and reports on competitor activities and ensures a timely commercial response.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback and identify sales opportunities
  • Manage your time efficiently to prioritize high-potential prospects and follow up promptly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Ideally at least one year experience in B2B sales, customer service, or related roles with a focus on growth strategies
  • Entrepreneurial / commercial mindset with a focus on digital growth
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making positively
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings or events
  • Familiarity with IT tools, CRM software, and organizational platforms for efficient workflow management
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for helping customers succeed and achieving targets
