Role: Customer Growth Sales Development Representative
Salary: £35k + £15k
Workplace type: Remote / Flexible London Office
Our client is a leading B2B SaaS business transforming the UK property industry, with software powering more than half of all UK housing transactions each year. With an expanding portfolio of technology solutions, they're looking for a Customer Growth Sales Development Representative to help unlock new opportunities within their existing customer base.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales professional to work with warm, established relationships rather than starting from cold. You'll identify where existing customers could benefit from additional products and services, building relationships and generating cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Growth SDR, you'll be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow relationships with existing customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Proactively contacting existing customers to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Managing inbound enquiries from customers interested in additional products
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of growth opportunities
- Managing an allocated portfolio of existing accounts and ensuring regular engagement
- Working closely with Customer Success Managers to identify opportunities for expansion
- Developing a strong understanding of the company's full product portfolio
- Understanding customer challenges and matching them with the right solutions
- Managing customer information and opportunities accurately within Salesforce
- Supporting customer-facing events and conversations when required

This isn't your traditional cold-calling SDR role. You'll be working with customers who already know and trust the business, giving you a warm starting point for conversations.
You'll have autonomy over your own portfolio of accounts, while gaining exposure to an expanding SaaS product portfolio and developing your skills across consultative sales, account growth and customer expansion.

Who They're Looking For
- Previous experience in a B2B sales role, real estate, commercial setting is preferable but not essential
- A consultative approach to understanding customer needs
- Comfortable with both outbound prospecting and inbound enquiries
- Highly organised with excellent time-management skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially minded
- Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly
- Curious and genuinely interested in understanding customer challenges
- Able to identify opportunities and match customers with the right solutions
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
