Need a spring in your step and a role where no two days feel the same?

Join a friendly, fast‑paced Customer Hub team where supporting people really matters and Mondays are genuinely something to enjoy.

We’re looking for a number of Customer Hub Advisors to join a high‑performing, people‑focused team supporting major UK public sector clients. You’ll be part of a supportive environment with a strong team spirit, flexible ways of working and plenty of opportunities to build valuable experience in a role that keeps you engaged and learning.

This role offers hybrid working, with Thursdays and Fridays based in our Newport office and the rest of the week working remotely. You’ll be surrounded by colleagues who enjoy collaborating, sharing knowledge and celebrating success together through team initiatives, events and recognition. It’s a busy, rewarding role where your contribution makes a real difference and where you’ll be trusted to get stuck in, take ownership and grow your confidence.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling inbound calls, emails and live chats to support candidates and keep processes running smoothly.
  • Supporting candidates through application, vetting and onboarding stages.
  • Rescheduling interviews and coordinating activity to keep stakeholders on track.
  • Resolving queries efficiently and escalating more complex issues when needed.
  • Maintaining accurate, audit‑ready records across systems.
  • Supporting public sector clients while working closely with your team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
