We are seeking a technically strong implementation engineer to join our Technical Watershed product team, with customer-facing support and services responsibilities. This role is for a tech-savvy person who will be responsible for using data and code to drive customer success with data-driven Watershed solutions, bridging the gap between their data challenges and Watershed’s platform capabilities.
You must be an outgoing, excellent communicator who understands the importance of providing exceptional client support and is great at handling details.
This role is fully remote — open to candidates based in the US or UK. Remote candidates may need to accommodate occasional client meetings during core business hours across US/UK time zones. This position reports into the Technical Watershed team.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Implementation: Build connections between Watershed and client systems, and configure Watershed to meet each client's goals.
- Data Pipelines & Integrations: Build and maintain data pipelines and API integrations, and write scripts to create and manage data connections to Watershed.
- Reporting & Analysis: Use our flexible reporting platform to perform data analysis on complex data sets and build dashboards and reports that help clients understand and act on their data.
- Consulting & Best Practices: Consult with clients on their goals, share knowledge of best practices, and help clients build out their learning data ecosystems.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical assistance to clients and work closely with the technology team to troubleshoot issues and influence product changes.
- Automation and Deployment: Automate repetitive technical workflows to improve efficiency for both clients and the team. Develop automation and deployment workflows using CI/CD tools, i.e Jenkins.
- Core Product Contributions: Occasionally contribute updates to Watershed's core product — a much lower priority relative to client-facing and integration work.
- Client Relationships: Serve as a public-facing representative for the company and product, building rapport with clients and industry partners and identifying opportunities for expansion within existing relationships.
- Training: Train clients on how to use Watershed effectively.
- Familiarity with corporate learning ecosystems is a huge plus — but not a requirement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
