Customer Information & Complaints Assistant | Healthcare | Bradford | 3 Months Interim | £16 - £17ph
Castlefield Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading NHS organisation to recruit a Customer Information & Complaints Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused administrator to join a busy team delivering high-quality support to members of the public and key stakeholders on a 3 month, interim basis.
Role Profile
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and post
- Provide professional, empathetic customer service and signpost enquiries appropriately
- Maintain accurate records and correspondence
- Support meetings, minute-taking, and general administration
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with GDPR and information governance

Person Specification
- Previous customer service and administrative experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience handling confidential information
- NHS or public sector experience would be advantageous
