- Analyse customer feedback to inform improvements
- Collaborate with colleagues to design research projects
- Create eye-catching and informative reports

You have
- The ability to analyse facts into clear findings
- Significant experience in data manipulation and interpretation
- A degree with a strong research component, an equivalent recognised qualification, or previous relevant work experience
- Significant experience of Excel and Power BI or similar reporting software
- Confidence in presenting information and ideas to different audiences in creative and eye-catching ways.

The practical bits
- The role is based around standard office hours but there can be some flexibility to suit your schedule.
- It’s a hybrid role with a minimum of 1 day a week in one of Home Group’s offices and at least one day a month in our Newcastle City Centre head office.
- We have regular meetings as a team to ensure we work collaboratively (these can often be joined online).
