Customer Insight and Analytics Manager

The Customer Insight and Analytics Manager leverages customer and marketing insight to optimise campaigns, enhance customer engagement, and shape data-driven strategies across marketing, digital, and customer experience functions. They lead a high-performing team, driving collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement to support business growth and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Description

As the Customer Insight and Analytics Manager you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Turn complex customer, commercial, and market data into actionable insights that shape strategy and drive performance.
  • Lead customer insight and feedback programmes, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, experience, and retention.
  • Develop impactful reporting and dashboards that provide clear visibility of key trends, opportunities, and outcomes.
  • Partner with the wider marketing, digital, CRM and UX teams to optimise customer journeys and support data-led decision-making.
  • Own and enhance analytics capabilities, ensuring tools, platforms, and processes deliver maximum commercial value.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centric thinking across the organisation.
  • Line manage x2 members of staff.

Profile

A successful Customer Insight and Analytics Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with demonstrable experience in customer insight, analytics, etc.
  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and visualisation skills.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Power BI and web analytics tools - especially GA4.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and integrating data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience, customer journey analysis, data governance, and GDPR.
  • Commercially minded leader with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and people development skills.

Job Offer

  • £42,000 - £47,500 per annum plus benefits
  • Based Bedfordshire - flexible working - in office 2 days a week.
