We're the new kind of component company. We’re here for the engineers, the innovators, the designers and the pioneers who are driving change. We blend cutting-edge technology with passionate people to deliver an award-winning experience to customers all over the globe.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Customer Insight & Segmentation Manager. A CRM, lifecycle and personalisation role with a data core, on a 4-day week. If you love turning customer data into experiences people actually notice, you'll fit right in.

This role sits within Accu Digital, the in-house digital agency for the Accu Group, serving customers in the UK, US, Australia and beyond. You'll own how Accu understands its customers, and what we do with that knowledge. You'll build the segmentation behind every customer we serve worldwide, then use it to make our emails and website feel made for each engineer.

We have the raw material: 500,000+ products, customers across 38 industries from medical and aerospace to motorsport and subsea, and a new e-commerce platform launching in 2027. What we don't have yet is one person who owns the segments and turns them into revenue. That's you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll report to the MD of Accu Digital and work closely with BI, UX, marketing, sales and customer teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Segmentation: own our customer segments across every market (38 industry verticals, plus company, lifecycle stage, value and behaviour), working with BI to keep the data clean and trusted.
  • Email: run always-on journeys and campaigns in Klaviyo, built on those segments, for every market we serve.
  • Website personalisation: decide who sees what, from home pages and recommendations to landing pages and on-site messages, and shape personalisation on our new platform.
  • Audiences: feed segments to our paid media, sales and service teams.
  • Proof: test everything against a control group and report what it earned.
  • Consent and deliverability: keep our data compliant across the UK, EU, US and Australia, and our emails landing in inboxes.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Several years in CRM, lifecycle or e-commerce marketing, including segmentation and personalisation you've run hands-on.
  • Confidence with data: you work with our BI team to understand it and turn it into action.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or a similar marketing automation platform.
  • A test, learn, adapt mindset: you measure against control groups and stop what doesn't work.
  • Outstanding writing skills: clear, engaging and human, and technical when it needs to be.
  • B2B experience, ideally with technical buyers; B2C experience is a plus.
  • A working knowledge of UK GDPR and PECR, and an appetite for international consent rules.
  • Comfort leading work across BI, UX, marketing and sales without managing those teams.
  • Alignment with our values: Innovate · Change · Respect · Grow · Fail · Serve
