Job Title: Customer Insights and Activation Analyst
Reports to: Senior Manager, Customer Analytics
Division: Michael Kors
Location: London

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Insights and Activation Analyst in our London office:

What You’ll Do

This role combines customer analysis, hands-on SQL data work, and driving customer audience strategy. You will play a key role in bridging data and marketing working closely with a wide range of stakeholders across Brand, Digital Marketing, Customer retention, and Clienteling to turn customer data into actionable marketing activity.

Using SQL and Amperity (CDP) you will extract, shape and validate customer data, turning insights into targeted campaign audiences, and continuously refining those audiences based on performance and behaviour. You will transform complex data into clear insights which will help teams understand what’s happening and why.

This role requires someone who is confident working directly with data and equally comfortable partnering with different teams, and who treats data accuracy and logic as non-negotiable.

Customer Analytics & Insights

  • Analyse customer behaviour, engagement and purchase patterns to identify actionable insights
  • Work with wider analytics team on deeper analysis (e.g. segmentation, propensity modelling inputs)
  • Work with business teams to define audiences based on data-driven logic (e.g. lifecycle, value, propensity signals) that drive revenue or engagement
  • Evaluate campaign performance and provide clear recommendations to improve targeting and ROI
  • Support A/B testing design and measurement

Data Activation (CDP super user)

  • Translate marketing briefs into clear, actionable audience definitions
  • Build, manage and execute customer segments within the CDP (Amperity) for use across email, paid media, and clienteling
  • Use SQL to define, validate and QA audience selections before activation
  • Ensure all customer selections are accurate, compliant, and aligned with marketing requirements (preferences, opt-outs, GDPR)
  • Own segment naming conventions, taxonomy, and governance
  • Support business teams with testing suggestions and best practice
  • Work with legal and IT security departments on setting up connectors between CDP and external partners when needed

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
