TLM Nexus is recruiting for the role of Customer Integration Engineer.

Customer Integration Engineer role supporting customer onboarding, adoption and value realisation for defence-sector software. The post also involves change management, product input and building effective customer relationships.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s service and product portfolio.
  • Provide customer domain knowledge and expertise to the technical team.
  • Use your knowledge to influence product development and service and product design early on.
  • Onboard and integrate new functionality into the customer domain.
  • Manage change and support user buy-in and engagement to maximise adoption after delivery.
  • Identify and submit ideas for process improvement.
  • Build and maintain effective business relationships with customers.
  • Take ownership of the customer journey from onboarding through to value realisation.

What they’re looking for

  • Know Aviation Regulation Frameworks, Military Air Environment policy and processes, or equivalent.
  • Be able to hold or achieve security clearance to SC level.
  • Have experience of managing change and business transformation with proven results.
  • Bring project management skills and experience.
  • Communicate clearly and present well, with influence up to mid-to-senior management level.
  • Be highly focused and organised, with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Assimilate complex technical subjects and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.

Additional role information

  • The role is remote with frequent travel to Brighton Head Office and customer sites.
  • Knowledge of MoD DE&S business units and structure is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL v.3 best practice guidelines is desirable.
  • Customer Success Management Training is desirable.
