Moneyfactscompare.co.uk is the comparison site with a difference. Completely independent and committed to providing the most up-to-date and impartial financial information possible to consumers, Moneyfactscompare.co.uk has over 5.2 million unique visitors each year.

Every month hundreds of thousands of consumers compare Savings, ISAs, Mortgages, Insurance, Business Deposits and Commercial Lending. We reach the customers other comparison sites struggle to find.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our website team as a Customer Journey & Content Specialist.

You will be responsible for user engagement on Moneyfactscompare.co.uk, acting as a subject matter expert in content and user journey. You will be tasked with driving new and innovative content aimed at increasing revenues earned.

The role will involve producing, writing and optimising content for the end-to-end customer experience to ensure the needs of the customer remain at the forefront of all journeys. This may include written, long form and short form video, social media and podcasts.

The successful candidate will ensure we are utilising content to inspire customers and allow them to quickly and easily find the information and products that suit their needs. Working closely with our SEO Specialist, the post holder will be tasked with aligning content goals and outcomes across Search Engines, AI platforms and Social platforms.

Essential

Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience working in a digital content production role for a consumer facing brand
  • Extensive working knowledge of SEO
  • Experience writing for AI platforms
  • Strong AI proficiency with a desire to keep up to date with changing technologies
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on success of content activities
  • Skills in creating and editing short form video content
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Experience of managing people
  • Willingness to be hands-on
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Flexible with a professional attitude
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK as we do not have a sponsorship licence

Desirable

  • Previous experience producing or managing production of social content
  • Previous experience in financial services industry, or comparison website
  • Previous experience of AB Testing

Salary

Competitive Salary, commensurate with skills and experience

Hours and Location:

  • Full time 35 hrs per week Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
  • Fully office based from Norwich, no remote working or hybrid options available.
