The role
You will be responsible for managing and developing the relationship with one or more of CUBE’s customers, who are top-tier banks. You'll be the interface between the customer(s) and CUBE across the entire relationship. You will collaborate closely with teams across the organization (e.g. Client, Intelligence & Analytics, Technology, and Operations) to provide a consistently high level of service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with CUBE’s customers, managing day-to-day interactions. Help drive increased engagement between the clients and CUBE, ensuring clients are satisfied with the services they receive, we deliver desired outcomes, and improve upon any areas of dissatisfaction.
- Lead and own CUBE’s end-to-end implementation projects from initial customer engagement, statements of work, project tracking, and exceptional delivery.
- Lead customer-facing meetings to present project status updates, demonstrate platform functionality, and build strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure unrivaled customer service and retention, by exceeding expectations and proactively managing any issues arising during the relationship.
- Present and lead customer meetings (on and off-site, as required).
- Support effective transition to Business As Usual (BAU).
- Work closely with internal functions to ensure legal, financial, and technical requirements are fully satisfied and approved for each customer engagement.
- Maintain existing and develop new relationships with partners as necessary to ensure customers receive a high-quality, aligned service proposition.
- Perform UAT testing of customer releases, as required.
- Be the voice of the client. Gather their requirements and feedback and communicate this to the internal teams to influence the continued development of the product offering, acting as an advocate for the customers.
- Constantly improve your industry knowledge through webinars / events / readings.

What we’re looking for:
- Project management and delivery of change and technology transformation within the financial sector; in particular, regulatory-driven initiatives.
- Demonstrable experience of first-class client focus, relationship building, problem solving, and teamwork.
- Exposure to Risk and Compliance-based implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of large-scale programme delivery (Agile, DevOps, waterfall) – SCRUM qualifications would be beneficial.
- Experience of using agile delivery tools such as JIRA, etc.
- Understanding of digital transformation and capable of conveying key concepts and principles to your team and clients at multiple levels of seniority.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and eliciting business requirements with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of how to operationalise new operating models, technology, and processes for the financial services sector.
- Prior experience working in consulting firms and /or technology vendors within financial services would be a distinct advantage.
- Understanding of financial services regulations (e.g. MIFID II and FRTB, SFTR, EMIR, Dodd Frank, CSDR, etc) would be desirable.
- Organised and passionate about building and delivering customer-centric propositions.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholder communities with varying levels of experience.
- Ability to lead teams and take full accountability for delivery.
- Ability to demonstrate strong collaboration across a wide spectrum of colleagues, including internationally. A proven track record of working with offshore teams would be a major benefit.
- High level of drive, commitment to achieving solutions, and ability to work under pressure.
- Intellectual strength / flexibility to rapidly understand complex problems, apply critical thinking, and rationalize these into workable solutions which can then be delivered.
- A demonstrable commitment to diversity and inclusiveness.
- Proven ability to work in a demanding environment, managing multiple projects, coordinating with colleagues globally, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to determine a client’s goals / objectives, desired outcomes, and success measures, predict roadblocks, and address them before they even occur.
