About The Role:
We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a Customer Leakage Administrator to join our team based in Exeter, Devon or Cornwall. You will join us on a full-time, 9 month contract, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus a range of excellent company benefits + rewards.
As a Leakage Administrator you will provide clerical and administrative support to the Leakage Delivery team in the general to enable effective day-to-day delivery of leakage tasks and will be reporting into the Leakage Administrator Supervisor.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Monitor Leakage Inboxes and workflow queues and assist in dealing with customer contacts when appropriate.
- Deal with telephone enquiries where appropriate.
- Maintain effective communication with the area leakage team including maintaining work schedules for DMA’s, organising venues for meetings and organising catering when required.
- Work with the Leakage Admin Team Supervisor to support the customer leakage workflow, planning for Leakage Field teams and creating cases, maintaining accurate reports and ensuring SLAs are met, and ensuring all case histories are maintained and kept up to date.
- Follow up with key service providers (internal and external) to ensure levels of service to the Field based Leakage Delivery Team is effective.
- Deal with field, depot and leakage administration requests including ordering materials and consumables, post.
- Take minutes of meetings as and when required. Meetings may be at various venues across the area and there will be occasional requirement to travel to other sites within the area.
- Complete data entry for work programming, reporting and performance management using Company software.
- Maintain diary for team including reporting on Field Teams leave, standby, sickness, training and meetings.
- Maintain and manage area issues including Stationary, Equipment registers and Purchase Orders.
- Raise purchase and work orders for suppliers, Partners and enter receipts for deliveries.
- Run routine and ad hoc reports as directed by area Management Team and distribute as required.

What We’re Looking For:
- 5 GCSEs at grades A-C or equivalent including Maths and English
- NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) in Business Administration
- Proven experience of working in a busy office environment
- Proven track record of working to deadlines
- Previous experience working on own initiative and / or working as part of team
- Good organisational skills, self-motivation and the ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with an exceptional telephone manner
- Good, solid clerical skills including knowledge / experience of computerised file management/ICT skills
- Ability to be an effective and flexible member of a small team
- Willingness to learn new tasks and take on new challenges.
- Willingness to complete occasional travel to different sites within the operational area to support the delivery of duties
