At Aldercote, we're proud to be one of the UK's leading suppliers and service providers of vehicle-mounted access platforms. We work with customers across the UK and Ireland, providing expert support, responsive service, and long-term partnerships.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a confident, organised, and personable Customer Liaison Coordinator to become a key member of our team.

The successful candidate will become the central point of communication between our customers, engineers, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring every enquiry is handled professionally from first contact through to resolution.

Your Responsibilities

  • Managing customer enquiries by telephone and email.
  • Coordinating engineers and scheduling service visits.
  • Supporting customers experiencing equipment breakdowns.
  • Recording service activity accurately within our internal systems.
  • Processing parts orders from enquiry through to dispatch.
  • Tracking deliveries and updating customers.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and external service providers.
  • Supporting the delivery of new machines to customers.
  • Assisting with transport enquiries.
  • Following up completed service work to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handling invoice and administration queries.
  • Maintaining accurate records across HubSpot and our service management systems.
  • Supporting our sales team by contacting prospective customers and recording opportunities.
