Job Description

Due to sustained growth and increased workload, particularly within our AMP8 framework agreement. We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Liaison Manager with civils or utilities background.

As a Customer Liaison Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Preparing, reviewing and monitoring appointments, visits, and completions to ensure adherence to the deadlines and timescales
  • Liaising with the client and wider team
  • Ensuring all relevant parties are informed of the latest updates
  • Making contact via email and telephone on a daily basis

  • 2+ years of relevant administration experience
  • Experience in a Planning role would be beneficial but not essential
  • Experience in a customer/3rd party liaison field
  • Understanding of and experience in Stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other similar software programs
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Previous Highways authority experience would be advantageous but not essential
