Are you an experienced Customer Liaison Officer with strong communication skills and the confidence to manage challenging situations? We’re recruiting for a Customer Liaison Officer to join a busy, customer-focused contract covering Chester and Stoke-on-Trent.

This is a temporary, field-based position until December, working directly with customers, contractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and ensure a positive customer experience.

The Role

As the Customer Liaison Officer, you will:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout ongoing works and projects.
  • Keep customers informed, managing expectations, and providing regular updates.
  • Handle sensitive or complex situations professionally and empathetically.
  • Liaise with customers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and customer information.
  • Travel between locations across the contract as required.

About You

To be successful as the Customer Liaison Officer, you’ll have:

  • Previous experience in a customer liaison, resident liaison, or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence managing complaints, sensitive situations, and challenging conversations.
  • Strong organisation and record-keeping skills.
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
