Position: Customer Liaison Officer (CLO)
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Liaison Officer for a temp-to-perm opportunity working on a housing scheme. The role will involve acting as the main point of contact between residents and site teams while improvement and refurbishment works are carried out.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout planned works
- Keep residents informed of upcoming works, appointments, and progress
- Arrange access to properties and coordinate appointments with site teams
- Handle resident queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Carry out resident visits and provide regular updates
- Liaise closely with Site Managers, operatives, and housing teams
- Maintain accurate records of all resident communication

Requirements
- Previous experience as a CLO, TLO, or Resident Liaison Officer
- Experience working within social housing or planned maintenance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident dealing with residents in occupied properties
- Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
