Description
We are seeking a Customer Lifecycle & CRM Manager to help define and execute customer lifecycle marketing strategies across the inMusic ecosystem. This role owns lifecycle messaging programs across email, web, in-product, and related channels, helping drive customer activation, engagement, retention, adoption, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines CRM expertise, customer insight, experimentation, and data-driven decision making to create effective customer journeys across multiple brands and product categories. We are willing to consider senior level candidates for this position.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that improve activation, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Build, launch, and optimize customer journeys across email, web, in-app, and related customer communication channels.
- Develop segmentation, targeting, personalization, and experimentation frameworks that improve campaign effectiveness.
- Partner with product, e-commerce, analytics, content, engineering, and marketing teams to align lifecycle programs with business priorities.
- Analyze campaign and customer performance data, identifying opportunities for optimization, cross-sell, upsell, and retention.
- Help improve CRM tooling, customer data quality, automation capabilities, and lifecycle marketing processes across the organization.
- Mentor and support team members while helping establish scalable lifecycle marketing best practices.

What You Bring
- Experience leading CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, or customer engagement programs for e-commerce, subscription, software, technology, or customer-centric businesses.
- Strong understanding of segmentation, customer journey design, personalization, marketing automation, and performance measurement.
- Ability to translate data and customer insights into practical, measurable marketing actions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across marketing, product, commercial, and technical teams.
- Excellent project management, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Interest in music technology, creator tools, subscriptions, or customer experience programs is advantageous.
