Job Purpose:

The Customer Lifecycle European Program Lead is responsible for driving the adoption, execution, and commercial success of Customer Lifecycle programs across TD SYNNEX Europe. Acting as the link between vendor strategy and local market execution, this role enables country teams, drives partner participation in vendor programs, and ensures measurable ROI for both vendors and partners. The position requires strong stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Customer Lifecycle program adoption across European countries.
  • Enable and support country teams through training, tools, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain lifecycle messaging, sales plays, and enablement materials.
  • Partner with local teams to identify, recruit, and onboard partners into vendor programs.
  • Track partner sign-up and activation targets and remove adoption barriers.
  • Build strong relationships with country teams, partners, and vendor stakeholders.
  • Define and monitor ROI metrics, program performance, and business outcomes.
  • Present results, insights, and recommendations to vendors and senior leadership.
  • Ensure Customer Lifecycle initiatives are embedded into local sales and marketing plans.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Experience leading programs or business development initiatives across multiple European countries.
  • Strong understanding of the IT channel, distribution, partner ecosystems, and vendor programs.
  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle strategies, including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and retention.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results without direct authority.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and ROI reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience creating enablement and training programs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, multinational environment.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe.
  • Experience within a distributor, vendor, or reseller organization.
  • Knowledge of Customer Lifecycle vendor programs.
  • Additional European language skills.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
