Customer Loyalty Specialist

We're looking for a Customer Loyalty Specialist to join our Retention Hub team, helping to drive customer retention initiatives across multiple markets. This is a unique opportunity to combine analytics, stakeholder engagement, training, and continuous improvement to make a measurable impact on customer loyalty and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of global customer retention and churn reduction initiatives.
  • Analyse retention and churn data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Produce insightful reports, dashboards, and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Partner with retention teams across multiple countries to improve performance and share best practice.
  • Design and deliver training, workshops, and coaching to support capability development.
  • Facilitate collaboration between local markets and the central Retention Hub.
  • Monitor performance against retention targets and track improvement initiatives.
  • Influence stakeholders across different functions and markets to drive adoption of retention strategies.
  • Support governance activities, action tracking, and continuous improvement programmes.

  • Previous experience in customer retention, customer experience, business analysis, operational improvement, or performance management.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills with the ability to turn insights into actions.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience creating dashboards, presentations, and stakeholder reports.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and training delivery skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships across a diverse stakeholder group.
  • Experience working within contact centre, customer service, retention, or customer experience environments is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and EMEA region as required.
