Position Summary
Rolls-Royce & Partners Finance Limited (“RRPF”) is an engine leasing company with the largest global portfolio of Rolls-Royce and IAE V2500-A5 engines, providing medium- and long-term leasing solutions for spare engines. We support over 50 customers worldwide with a portfolio of over 420 engines. An opportunity has become available for a Customer Manager (Sales & Business Analyst) to join our team in London.
This role combines customer-facing commercial responsibility with analytical problem-solving, acting as a bridge between customers and internal digital teams. The Customer Manager ensures operational needs are translated into scalable digital solutions that deliver measurable value.
What you will be doing:
- Own customer relationships from pre-sales through delivery and renewal.
- Translate customer operational needs into digital and data requirements.
- Support sales pipeline development, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Analyse customer data, usage patterns, and ROI to drive upsell opportunities.
- Coordinate with delivery and product teams to ensure customer success.
- Maintain deep understanding of aviation operations and records workflows.

Position qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Aviation, or related field
- Experience in customer management, business analysis, or solution sales
- Ability to translate operational needs into structured requirements
- Commercial awareness and analytical capability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in aviation, leasing, or aerospace environments
- Familiarity with digital products or data platforms
- Experience supporting proposals and contract negotiations
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Comfort working across product, delivery, and sales teams
