Customer Manager Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Manager to join a well-established global organisation operating within a highly specialised, asset-driven aviation sector. This position combines selling of digital solutions, commercial relationship management, business analysis, and solution-focused delivery, acting as the key link between customers and the internal product & digital teams. You will play an important role in understanding client digital-solutions requirements, identifying opportunities, and ensuring solutions deliver measurable value.

The successful candidate will manage customer relationships throughout the full lifecycle, from initial engagement/pre-sales through to delivery, renewal, and growth. You will preferably have a working knowledge of the aviation industry, specifically selling digital solutions within this sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships from initial engagement through to delivery and renewal
  • Work with lessor and operators to sell digital system solutions, specifically around technical records.
  • Understand customer operational challenges and translate them into structured requirements
  • Support business development activity, proposals, and commercial discussions
  • Analyse customer data, usage trends and ROI to identify growth opportunities
  • Work closely with product and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation
  • Build strong long-term relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain an understanding of operational workflows and industry best practice

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in account management, customer success, business analysis, or solution sales
  • Extensive experience gained within the aviation industry
  • Ability to translate customer needs into practical business requirements
  • Strong commercial awareness with an analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
