Customer Propositions Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Customer Propositions Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity within Retail Banking and Wealth, supporting millions of customers with their everyday banking, lending, savings and wealth needs. You’ll play a key role in defining, designing and delivering propositions for the UK market, with an immediate focus on the mass affluent segment and the UK Premier banking proposition.
You’ll use customer data, insight and competitor intelligence to shape proposition strategy across mass affluent, wealth and international priorities. Working across UK and global teams, you’ll turn opportunities into initiatives that improve customer experience, deepen relationships and deliver customer and revenue growth, including across international corridors.

In this role you will:
- Define, design and deliver customer propositions for the UK market using data and insight.
- Evaluate customer and competitor insight to strengthen proposition strategy across mass affluent, wealth and international priorities.
- Identify opportunities to leverage the proposition and convert them into measurable customer and revenue growth.
- Partner with colleagues across the UK and other Retail Banking and Wealth markets to deliver growth across international corridors.
- Deliver customer initiatives that enhance proposition experience and deepen relationships using proposition frameworks.
- Coordinate with UK stakeholders and global teams to ensure propositions meet the needs of different customer groups.
- Oversee proposition benefit utilisation and governance to protect proposition integrity.
- Shape engagement for the Communications Centre of Excellence to support proposition understanding and adoption.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Relevant experience in a customer-focused digital propositions environment.
- Ability to translate customer needs and insight into clear proposition strategies and initiatives.
- Experience running analytical programmes or discrete pieces of work that deliver against commercial objectives.
- Ability to influence and direct non-reporting teams across a large, globally diverse stakeholder group.
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to balance customer needs and multiple stakeholder priorities while maintaining proposition integrity.
- A strong understanding of the competitor landscape and the ability to use it to inform strategic decisions and trade-offs.
- Experience partnering effectively across product teams to enable proposition outcomes for mass affluent customers.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at varying levels across the UK business and global teams.
