Job Description

We're now recruiting for a Marketing Analytics Manager (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract).

The Marketing Analytics Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for building analytical capability across Customer Marketing through robust measurement, experimentation and actionable insight. The role will develop measurement frameworks, define KPIs and establish scalable analytical approaches that enable effective campaign planning, optimisation and performance evaluation.

Partnering with Customer Marketing, CRM and Strategy & Insights, you'll establish and evolve the team's testing and measurement capability, ensuring campaigns are designed with meaningful success measures from the outset and that results drive continuous optimisation.

Acting as the bridge between Customer Marketing, CRM and Strategy & Insights, you'll translate business objectives into analytical approaches that enable better decision-making, improve campaign effectiveness and support customer and commercial growth. You'll also help build the reporting, tools and analytical capability that enable Marketing Managers to self-serve insight and make evidence-based decisions.

What does the job involve?

Develop and embed our testing and measurement strategy

  • Develop and operationalise Customer Marketing's A/B testing and control group strategy, establishing a structured test-and-learn framework that enables continuous optimisation.
  • Design robust measurement methodologies, ensuring campaigns are configured to produce statistically meaningful and commercially relevant results.
  • Develop and embed consistent KPIs, success measures and measurement frameworks across Customer Marketing.

Partner with CRM to deliver measurable campaigns

  • Work closely with CRM throughout campaign planning and delivery to ensure campaigns, tests and control groups are configured correctly and aligned to agreed measurement objectives.
  • Define and document campaign measurement and data requirements, ensuring the appropriate data is captured to support analysis, reporting and optimisation.
  • Champion best practice in campaign measurement, experimentation and performance evaluation across Customer Marketing.

Build reporting and analytical capability

  • Own and evolve the Customer Marketing Measurement Framework, ensuring consistent KPIs, measurement methodologies and reporting are applied across all Customer Marketing activity and remain aligned to business objectives.
  • Partner with CRM and Strategy & Insights to develop scalable reporting and dashboards that provide a consolidated view of Customer Marketing performance.
  • Develop scalable reporting and dashboards that provide a consolidated view of Customer Marketing performance across Bloomreach, Power BI and other data sources, including Snowflake, Google Analytics and Content Square.
  • Develop standardised reporting, dashboards and self-service tools that enable Marketing Managers to access insight and monitor campaign performance.
  • Continuously improve reporting and measurement capabilities to support a growing Customer Marketing function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
