About The Role
Job Purpose
To work collaboratively across Sales and Marketing, developing activation campaigns for the On Trade, managing and delivering POS materials and event management
Key Result Area / Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute key On-Trade events and activations, including managing the implementation of draught bars to maximise visibility, distribution and rate of sale.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customers and the field sales team have the right glassware, merchandise, artwork and promotional materials to bring activations to life effectively.
- Lead Trade Press and Route to Market advertising, tailoring communications and messaging to ensure they are relevant and impactful for the intended audience.
- Develop and deliver seasonal campaigns to drive rate of sale across Independents and the Managed Estate. This includes aligning campaigns with the wider brand strategy and providing the sales team with the tools and activation plans needed to sell into customers.
- Develop an annual summer programme that enables the field sales team to access cost-effective merchandising solutions, such as parasols and chairs, helping to increase distribution and strengthen brand presence across the On-Trade.
- Support the sales team with smaller customer tenders, developing activation ideas, briefing relevant stakeholders and providing support throughout the pitch process.
- Manage Bronze-level partnerships, developing and delivering relevant venue activations that strengthen relationships and maximise brand exposure.
- Quarterly competitor analysis - spend time in trade, update the team on competitor activity.

Experience
About You
Demonstrable experience in a marketing or sales role in On Trade / Hospitality
Knowledge
- Understanding of UK On Trade
- Innovative thinking and approach to driving sales and growth.
- Familiarity with project management, trackers, and performance metrics.
Skills
- Strong communicator
- Capable of managing multiple projects at once
- Creativity in developing and executing On Trade focused activation
Personal Attributes
- Highly motivated and results driven
- Extremely collaborative and able to develop relationships internally and externally
- Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish
- Proactive and adaptable with a focus on identifying new opportunities
- Passionate about the drinks industry and eager to learn and grow in this area
Additional Requirements
- Flexibility to travel, mainly across the UK with occasional overnight stays
- Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
