The role:

This Customer Marketing Executive role is ideal for forward-thinking individual, who has experience of marketing to new and existing customers

  • The successful Customer Marketing Executive will support sales team to develop bespoke customer marketing planning and activity to drive growth and build relationships.
  • The Customer Marketing Executive will develop and execute sector marketing strategies to win, grow and retail business this will be across all channels.
  • As Customer Marketing Executive you will use insights to develop propositions that demonstrate a strong understanding of the customer. You will create a rolling marketing plan that incorporates on and off line activity.
  • The Customer Marketing Executive will play a key role supporting the wider marketing team’s campaign planning and delivery, this will contribute to increasing market share and driving revenue.
  • The Customer Marketing Executive will be up to speed with trends and key issues affecting the sector.

Ideal candidate:

  • You will have experience developing customer marketing campaigns gained from FMCG, hospitality or foodservice.
  • The Customer Marketing Executive will have excellent insight skills with the ability to use the full marketing mix to deliver objectives.
  • Having excellent relationship-building skills you will be able to communicate and influence with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will have excellent planning and organisational skills and will be able to work independently on your own initiative and be a self-starter with a can-do attitude.
  • You will have a keen interest in food and be excited to join a foodie culture!

Benefits & details:

  • Salary up to £31,000 and excellent benefits

  • Role is split between the office in Slough (2 days) and home (3 days)
  • 33 days holiday including bank holidays
