Salary: £38,000 - £42,000

Your Role

As a Customer Marketing Executive, you will support the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel content and campaigns aimed at helping members and customers with training, courses, and qualifications to advance their careers. You will leverage data and systems to deliver timely, relevant, and engaging interactions across multiple channels, developing personalized communications to enhance customer experience and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

You will create and manage content and campaigns, including promotional assets, online and offline promotions, email and social media campaigns, and collaborations with employers and partners.

This role offers a professional environment where you'll work with a skilled team to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns. You'll have the responsibility of tracking, measuring, and reporting on marketing effectiveness, ensuring that your efforts drive awareness and engagement.   • You have proven experience in marketing, ideally in a fast-paced environment, with a track record of collaborating to deliver high-quality campaigns.
  • You are proactive in tracking, measuring, and reporting on marketing effectiveness to drive awareness and engagement.
  • You hold relevant qualifications such as CIM or a degree, and possess knowledge in areas like email marketing, Google Analytics, and GDPR.
  • You demonstrate strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in a similar role within the education or financial services industry is advantageous.

Interview Process

We understand that taking time to prepare for and to attend interviews is a big commitment and want the process to be as transparent as possible.

You Can Expect The Following Process From Us:

  • A short, introductory phone call from our Talent Acquisition Advisor.
  • A formal 1st Stage Teams interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the Marketing Manager.
  • A formal 2nd Stage (Teams/In-person TBC) interview with leadership representatives of the Market & Opportunities teams.
