Quote from Hiring Manager

"This is a pivotal role where you get to bridge the gap between our iconic brands and the retail shelf. You’ll have the unique opportunity to work on the shopper journey for key Grocery customers — creating omnichannel experiences that turn shoppers into brand advocates.”

Meaningful Work From Day One

As a Customer Marketing Executive, you will join a high-energy, creative team dedicated to bringing the Brown-Forman portfolio to life, moving beyond traditional trade marketing to deliver truly integrated, through-the-line (TTL) campaigns.

This role is built on radical collaboration. You will work hand-in-hand with Sales, Brand, Agencies to ensure our brands are executed with consistency and creative flair. The collaboration will involve some aspects of creative development, in-store focused media planning, onsite activity planning and execution which aligns with a customer fascia/retailer approach.

The role requires the ability to efficiently manage and prioritise your workload within the assigned channel / group of customers.

This is an office/hybrid role (4 days a week at London office and Fridays working from home)

What You Can Expect

  • Strategic Activation: Helping to develop tailored activation calendars that align with both retailer strategies and our brand goals.
  • Omnichannel Excellence: Collaborate with sales and brand teams to create seamless shopper journeys across physical stores, retailer websites, and app ecosystems.
  • Commercial Impact: Support the delivery of financial targets and contribute to monthly business reviews, identifying risks and opportunities within your specific accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer media teams on media planning and creative development to ensure brand consistency while meeting specific retailer "fascia" requirements.
  • Insight-Led Planning: Utilize Brand, Shopper and Category insights to inform situation analyses, ensuring every activation is designed to unlock value growth and solve customer challenges.
  • Performance Tracking: Own the pre- and post-evaluation of activations, measuring success against KPIs and ROI to drive continuous improvement and "pioneer" new ways of working.
  • Relationship Management: Build strong, influential relationships with sales teams, retail buyers and marketing contacts internally & externally.
  • Fast paced environment: Managing multiple projects and stakeholders, often to condensed time lines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
