About the Role
LHH is partnering with a leading international manufacturing and engineering business is seeking a Customer & Marketing Insights Lead to drive data-led decision making across its EMEA operation.
This is a highly visible role with significant influence across marketing, commercial, sales, product and leadership teams. You'll be responsible for transforming complex customer, pricing, commercial and marketing data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth, improve profitability and strengthen customer engagement.
Combining advanced analytics, commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills, you'll build scalable reporting solutions, develop insight frameworks and help establish a single source of truth across multiple markets.
This opportunity would suit an experienced analytics professional who enjoys balancing hands-on technical work with strategic business partnering.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the customer and marketing insights roadmap across the EMEA region
- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities and performance drivers
- Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, semantic models and reporting solutions
- Apply advanced analytical techniques to support strategic and commercial decision-making
- Integrate multiple internal and external data sources while maintaining strong data governance and data quality standards
- Develop KPI frameworks and reporting standards to ensure consistent measurement across the business
- Deliver customer segmentation, profiling and performance analysis to support growth and retention strategies
- Partner with commercial, marketing and leadership teams to translate insight into action
- Promote best practice in analytics, data modelling and insight generation across the organisation
- Ensure GDPR compliance and responsible use of customer and marketing data

About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Proven experience within customer, commercial, marketing or business analytics
- Advanced Power BI expertise, including data modelling, DAX and semantic model development
- Strong SQL skills and experience working across multiple data sources
- Experience designing KPI frameworks and performance measurement methodologies
- A strong understanding of statistical analysis and its application to commercial challenges
- The ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A commercially focused mindset, with experience linking insight to revenue, profitability and customer outcomes
- A proactive and hands-on approach, comfortable working with evolving datasets and business requirements

Desirable Experience
- Python and/or R for advanced analytics and automation
- Pricing, margin or product performance analytics
- Marketing performance and customer lifecycle analysis
- Development of reusable reporting assets, dashboards or data frameworks
- Exposure to AI-enabled analytics and modern data management practices
