Job Context
At Simpro Group, our customers are our greatest advocates. As our Customer Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for turning customer success stories into powerful marketing assets, building a thriving community of champions who genuinely love our products and want to share their experiences.
From customer events and advocacy programmes to review campaigns and case studies, you'll create memorable experiences that strengthen relationships, build trust and elevate our brand in the market.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute customer marketing and communication strategies that keep customers engaged throughout their journey.
- Build and grow a community of customer advocates, encouraging reviews across platforms such as G2, Google and other industry-leading review sites.
- Design and deliver creative campaigns that increase customer engagement, advocacy and brand awareness.
- Identify compelling customer success stories and collaborate with internal teams to create case studies, testimonials and reference opportunities.
- Plan and deliver customer-focused events, webinars and community initiatives that strengthen relationships and celebrate customer success.
- Manage sponsorship opportunities across customer and industry events to maximise brand visibility and engagement.
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent and engaging customer experience.
- Measure programme performance, monitor customer sentiment and continuously optimise campaigns using data and insights.

What You’ll Bring
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, or a related B2B marketing role with proven ability to manage customer programs and communications.
- Strong project management and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with marketing and CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and G2, and a track record of executing B2B email marketing campaigns.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset and analytical skills.
- Collaborative and adaptable self-starter with a high degree of initiative and willingness to work with global stakeholders.
