Customer Marketing Manager – Maternity Cover

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience
Fixed Term Contract 12 Months - Full time - 35 hours per week
Hybrid Working – Home Based/Princes Risborough

Job Role Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team, on a maternity cover basis in our customer-focused marketing strand.

The person in this role will lead the customer marketing team, developing and delivering the strategy for communications to existing APM customers.

This team will focus on customer retention by focusing on APM’s:

  • Proposition: ensuring existing customers take advantage of their benefits
  • Information: ensuring existing customers engage with important APM updates
  • Promotion: ensuring existing customers purchase APM products including event tickets and publications

This team will focus on the following audiences:

  • All individual member categories
  • Qualification holders
  • Volunteers
  • Trustees

Experience and Knowledge

  • Minimum three years’ experience in customer marketing or related roles
  • Experience of developing and executing successful customer marketing strategies
  • Experience of customer lifecycles, journey mapping, segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Experience of working with email marketing tools, CRM systems, social media and other relevant customer marketing channels
  • Experience of writing and editing content for campaigns across various digital marketing channels
  • Experience of data analytics and reporting
  • Budget management experience
  • Knowledge of marketing campaign management, systems and reporting
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and delivering exceptional customer experiences
