On Trade Customer Marketing Manager

We're looking for an On Trade Customer Marketing Manager who thrives on turning brand strategy into impactful customer experiences.

This role sits at the heart of our commercial and marketing agenda, partnering with Brand and Sales teams to create impactful customer activations that drive consumer desirability, brand visibility and commercial growth. You'll lead the development of customer marketing plans across key national on-trade customers, including key pub groups such as Stonegate & Greene King.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop customer activation plans aligned with brand, channel, and customer strategies
  • Create compelling and bespoke activations that bring our premium brands to life within national on-trade customers
  • Utilise shopper, consumer, and customer insights to identify high-impact marketing opportunities
  • Work closely with Brand, Sales, and agency teams to ensure excellent execution of activation plans
  • Manage budgets and marketing investment effectively to maximise return on investment and commercial impact
  • Measure, evaluate, and analyse campaign performance, turning insights into recommendations for future growth
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing decision-making and driving successful outcomes

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing, or Channel Marketing
  • Experience within FMCG, drinks, hospitality, or on-trade is desirable
  • Excellent project management and prioritisation skills with experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to build effective working relationships across functions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience managing budgets with strong governance and financial discipline
  • Positive and solution-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality, well-executed customer activations
