Customer Onboarding Advisor
As a Customer Onboarding Advisor, you'll guide new contractors and customers from referral and registration through to activation. Your goal is to create a simple, proactive and confidence-building onboarding experience while balancing customer care, accuracy, compliance and commercial awareness.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome new customers and provide clear, timely guidance throughout registration and onboarding.
- Make proactive outbound contact, follow up outstanding actions and remove barriers that could delay activation.
- Explain identity, Right to Work, compliance and onboarding requirements in clear, practical language.
- Take ownership of onboarding cases, maintain accurate CRM records and keep customers informed of progress and next steps.
- Introduce Workwell Plus and Care Packages where they provide a genuine customer benefit.
- Work towards agreed customer, quality, compliance and conversion KPIs.
- Support a smooth and positive onboarding journey from initial enquiry through to activation.

- Has customer service, onboarding, sales or lead-conversion experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Is a confident and professional communicator with a friendly, reassuring approach.
- Takes ownership, stays organised and can manage customers at different stages of their journey.
- Can make detailed requirements feel simple, using empathy, patience and sound judgement.
- Is comfortable making outbound calls, following up actions and working towards agreed KPIs.
- Balances commercial awareness with doing what is right for the customer.
- Is a fast learner who embraces technology, teamwork, feedback and continuous improvement.
