Job Description

The role of the Customer Onboarding Executive (UK) is important to us. You will be responsible for supporting our customers with a best-in-class customer onboarding experience. We would love to welcome you to our Global Telematics Hub – Arden Square, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Role responsibilities:

  • Calling newly acquired customers to Radius Telematics and ensuring that they receive a red-carpet experience
  • Working a ‘check list’ of items to ensure swift install and activation of customer Telematics devices
  • Supporting new customers with providing systems training and setting up of key business software reports
  • Seeking out additional opportunities for customer upsell and cross-sell into the wider Radius Group
  • Working cross-departmentally to solve challenges with the customer at the heart of everything you do
  • Updating business systems and CRM

Qualifications

  • Experience in a Customer Service, Account Management or Desk-based sales position preferred but not essential
  • Computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Office packages and business CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Able to demonstrate a 'common sense' approach to problem solving in the operations environment
  • Manage own workload effectively and support your line manager with reporting
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision/non-decision makers
  • Strong team building skills and an ability to build effective relationships with customers
  • Enthusiastic self-starter, driven by the intent to succeed and achieve company goals
