We're massively excited to be recruiting exclusively for a Customer Onboarding Project Manager to join a dynamic, start-up-style team within a global, data-driven organisation. Think fast-moving, collaborative and autonomous. No slow processes and red tape here!
A Typical Day-to-Day
You'll take ownership of the end-to-end customer onboarding journey, acting as the key point of contact from initial kickoff through to successful go-live.
- You'll be comfortable getting into the detail when needed, but equally confident managing senior stakeholders and keeping everyone aligned on what's happening, what's next and where any challenges need addressing.

The Work You'll Own:
- Own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of the platform for new customers.
- Act as the primary project contact, building strong relationships and managing customer expectations.
- Coordinate internal teams across Engineering, Data, Customer Success and Design to deliver successful implementations.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies and priorities.
- Oversee technical onboarding activities, including data integrations, configuration and customisation.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep implementations on track.
- Provide clear, regular project updates to both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure customers are fully set up, supported and ready for a successful go-live.

Is It For You?
You're likely someone with 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within SaaS, technology or a client-facing implementation environment.
- You'll thrive in a role where you're managing multiple stakeholders, solving problems and taking genuine ownership of the customer journey. You're highly organised, commercially aware and an excellent communicator who can confidently explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Client-facing experience is key. We're looking for someone who can build trust quickly, manage expectations and confidently navigate complex implementations.
