Customer Onboarding Representative

As a Customer Onboarding Representative, you'll play a key role in helping new clients get started smoothly. Your work will ensure that customers are set up efficiently, making their transition to our services as seamless as possible.

Client Details

The organisation operates within the business services sector and is based in Shipley.

Description

  • Manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring all necessary steps are completed accurately and on time.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing queries and providing updates throughout the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and verify required information for onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and onboarding progress in the system.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues that may arise during the onboarding stage.
  • Provide clear and concise communication to customers, ensuring they understand the process and requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to the onboarding process.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all onboarding activities.

Profile

A successful Customer Onboarding Representative should have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with customer management systems or similar tools.
  • A positive attitude and a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
