About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Customer Operations Administrator to join our Customer Service & Business Operations team. The role provides a single point of contact for administration, customer operations, and office coordination, supporting day-to-day business operations across the organisation.
Duties Include:
- Managing inbound reception calls via the digital telephone system ensuring that the caller is routed to the relevant team in a polite and professional manner.
- Supporting the Customer Operations and wider Leadership teams with administrative activities including but not limited to:
- Raising and managing Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP for operational and business requirements.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, courier services and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution across teams at the Wigan facility.
- Assisting with organisation of events, workshops, and internal meetings at the Wigan facility.
- Oversee office stationery and consumables, including ordering, stock control, and cost management.
- Coordinate the completion of Supplier Questionnaires which can range from the collation of basic company data on Excel spreadsheets including tax details and ISO certificate information; to more complicated requests where Tremco CPG are obliged to share digital data points for all materials.
- Work with the EU packaging and labels team and become the UK expert on the new Packaging and Waste laws in Europe, ensuring that the data is accurate and available to share with customers as and when needed.
- Complete trend analysis on Customer Service and Complaints data via systems such as Twilio, SAP and Sales force to highlight trends and improvement opportunities.

Successful Candidates Will Have the Following:
- Proven experience in an administrative, customer operations, or office support role.
- Computer literate with intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience working with SAP, Salesforce, Zendesk and Twilio is preferable but not essential.
- Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal) with a keen eye for attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
