Your Tasks
- Facilitating exceptional customer experience is your contribution to a thriving sales team
- You are the first and main point of contact for B2B Customers and will answer incoming sales, claims and general enquiries via e-mail and phone whilst proving your exceptional ability to establish a strong relationship with all our clients
- Order Book Responsibility: Daily releases of orders, liaising with customers on shipments and booking-in is part of our daily routine
- Communication is the key to our success: You keep your the sales, logistics and finance team updated on all ongoing customer issues
- Last but not least, you thoroughly and accurately create relevant reports

Your Profile
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B customer operations, preferably in the fashion and/ or lifestyle industry
- Team player with quick comprehension skills, keeping a positive mindset and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong advocate of effective communication with a structured way of working and organizational talent
- Take ownership of assigned accounts and tasks with a solution-oriented mindset
- High proficiency with MS Office (Excel), experience with SAP interfaces is a plus
- Fluent in English, additional European languages are advantageous
