JOB DETAILS

We are looking for an organised and customer-focused individual to join our operations team, where you will play a key role in managing customer requests, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating the delivery of essential supplies and services.

  • Manage consumable supply requests, orders, fulfilment, and exception handling.
  • Work closely with customers to promote best-practice consumables management.
  • Analyse device data and reporting to proactively identify customer requirements.
  • Validate ad hoc requests for buffer and spare stock.
  • Investigate and resolve consumables-related queries and escalations.
  • Monitor and report on customer stock levels and consumption trends.
  • Support the return and recovery of surplus consumables.
  • Use Apogee's remote monitoring tools to improve automation and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with customer-facing, technical, logistics, and operational teams to deliver seamless service.

A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This role also offers flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week for a five-day working week

Skills And Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a customer service, operations, supply chain, service delivery, or administrative role.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confidence working with data, reports, and process-driven tasks.
