An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Operations Officer to join the team.
The role is integral to the planning and delivery of services to our regional customers. Key interfaces include Airline Support Teams (ASTs), Induction Planners, Fleet Planners, Customer Operations Managers, Engine Value Streams, and Service Line teams.
You will be part of a small cross-functional team with a broad range of services planning responsibilities, requiring the ability to build close working relationships and adopt a flexible approach.
In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of services delivery tasks in-region. The role is not specifically customer or product aligned, meaning you will be required to adapt to changing business and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering critical customer delivery plans in accordance with Service Line and Value Stream policies.
- Using the Voice of the Customer and local knowledge to prioritise proactive outcomes, for example coordinating stagger plans in conjunction with Central Planning, whilst managing reactive concerns.
- Supporting Customer Operations Managers with AST and customer escalations.
- Working directly with customers, as required, to achieve successful delivery outcomes.
- Creating communication packs and presenting these to customers.
- Working across a broad range of services planning activities within a small cross-functional team.
- Building close working relationships across Airline Support Teams, Induction Planning, Fleet Planning, Customer Operations, Engine Value Streams, and Service Line teams.
- Adapting to changing requirements within a role that is customer-facing but not primarily aligned to a specific customer or product.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
