Your New Job Title: Customer Order Coordinator

Your New Salary: £14.42 p/h

Working hours: 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday with one hour for lunch

Duration: 3-4 months temporary role

Location: Central London (Office based role)

Start date: ASAP

Who You'll Be Working for: Historic wine merchant.

Customer Order Coordinator - What You'll be Doing Each Day:

  • Processing orders received from customers directly or via the Sales Team in an accurate and timely manner
  • Processing customer call off requests
  • Dealing with customer service queries
  • Releasing website orders
  • Updating customer price lists
  • Take ownership and document customer complaints
  • Processing orders to the agreed daily Warehouse Partner cut off times
  • Arranging collections (returned wines)
  • Processing invoices
  • Investigating and processing credit notes
  • Supporting the Sales Team
  • General administrative work

  • AX experience
  • Data inputting experience necessary
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Diplomacy and confidentiality
  • Teamwork vital
  • Numeric
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to take on a variety of tasks
  • Must show initiative and a sense of responsibility
  • Genuine interest in the wine trade and enthusiasm for learning.
