Job Description

Customer Outcomes Manager

Marley Risk Consultants

Cheltenham

Build it. Lead it. Make a lasting impact.

Are you an experienced customer service, complaints or dispute resolution leader looking for the opportunity to create something from the ground up?

At Marley Risk Consultants, we're creating a brand-new Customer Outcomes function, and we're looking for an ambitious and dynamic Customer Outcomes Manager to design, build and lead it.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a critical business service that will support our continued growth, strengthen customer confidence, and drive exceptional customer outcomes. You'll have the autonomy to create the operating model, establish best practices, develop service standards and build a high-performing team that delivers fair, consistent and effective customer experiences.

If you thrive on creating structure, influencing change and solving complex challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Customer Outcomes Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing a scalable service that supports customers, stakeholders and the wider business.

Initially, you'll work closely with our Customer Relations team to manage customer escalations and identify service improvement opportunities. As the function evolves, you'll take increasing ownership of dispute resolution activities and help define how these services are delivered across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
