Mission
We are seeking a motivated Customer Outreach Agent to join our London team on a 0-hour contract. In this role, you will conduct outbound calls to promote services and events.

This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients according to provided call lists.
- Deliver scripted messages to promote products/ services, generate interest and answer initial questions.
- Collect and record accurate and detailed information from each call, maintaining proper documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and campaign-based goals.
- Adhere to call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality interactions.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance communication and sales skills.

Profile
Qualifications, Skills And Experience
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly demeanour.
- Ability to follow call scripts while adapting to customer responses.
- Basic computer skills to log call details and use necessary software tools.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
