Customer Planning Coordinator – Warrington

About the Role
Here at GXO Warrington, we are looking for two Customer Planning Coordinators to join our busy national planning centre. In this key role, you’ll ensure seamless communication between stores, distribution centres (DCs), and vendors to maintain smooth deliveries across the entire network.
This is a full-time, permanent position, operating on an any 5 from 7 shift pattern. Shifts typically run between Monday to Friday androtate through the following times:
- 07:00 – 15:00
- 08:00 – 16:00
- 09:00 – 17:00

- £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for B&Q stores, handling delivery queries and operational tasks
- Coordinate communication between stores, DCs, and vendors to maintain smooth operations
- Arrange and confirm additional delivery capacity when needed across the network
- Maintain and update delivery schedules, accounting for both peak and off-peak periods
- Track delivery performance, escalating issues to minimise disruptions
- Support planning administration, including:
- Haulier bookings
- Compliance checks
- Cost tracking
- Update KPIs and dashboards, ensuring accurate reporting across the operation

Requirements
To succeed, you’ll need:
- Experience in transport, logistics, or planning environments
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills and confidence when working with diverse stakeholders
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with meticulous attention to detail
- Familiarity with transport systems and planning tools
