Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end roadmap for all non-campaign creative activity, managing the intake and governance of diverse requests - ranging from VM/POS updates and packaging design to ad-hoc stakeholder requirements - to ensure they are commercially viable and operationally clear. As the primary interface between the C&P team and key business stakeholders, you will act as a bridge to align operational needs with wider business goals, leading resource planning to balance urgent, reactive requests with scheduled BAU work. By defining and applying a clear prioritisation framework, you will protect core creative capacity while streamlining workflows for high-volume, low-complexity tasks to improve speed-to-market. Furthermore, you will partner closely with the Campaign Planning team to guarantee cross-functional visibility, ensuring that operational activities and major campaigns remain aligned and manageable.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
