The Role
The Customer Platform Architect will be responsible for supporting customers in the deployment of their on-premise infrastructure hosting Filigran products, conducting regular health checks, and providing advisory support during the pre-sales process regarding on-premise infrastructure requirements.
The role of the Customer Platform Architect is essential to ensure proper sizing of the infrastructure for new on-premise customers, to adapt deployments to specific technological and security contexts, and to guarantee the reliability of this infrastructure in supporting our customersā threat management operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the deployment of their platform: Assist customers in the design, implementation, and configuration of their platform based on their needs.
- Manage customers infrastructure issues: Diagnose, resolve, and anticipate technical issues related to the infrastructure.
- Conduct platform health checks: Perform on-demand audits to assess the performance and resilience of platforms and recommend improvements.
- Ensure technical documentation of the architecture: Write and update architecture-related documentation, ensuring it is clear and accessible to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with the Product team to integrate architectural needs into the products, and with Solution Engineers to support pre-sales efforts in resolving platform issues and addressing design requests.

Who Youāll Work With
The CPA UK will be part of the global CPA team and report to the manager of the CPA function. The CPA works closely and continuously with Customer Success Managers, Solution Engineers, and Engineering teams.
Profile Weāre Looking For
Technical skills
- Strong expertise in on-premise infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization, storage) and exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex infrastructure issues.
- Practical experience with containerization runtimes and orchestration platforms such as docker, podman and kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of kubernetes architecture and helm-based application deployments.
- Background in customer-facing technical roles.
- Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment, with strong autonomy and ownership.
- Bonus: Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry.
Required qualities
- Communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to various audiences (customers, internal teams, both technical and non-technical individuals, etc.).
- Analytical mindset and the ability to identify effective solutions for infrastructure challenges.
- Ability to integrate the Customer team, with a willingness to learn and understand the productsā features, software architecture, and threat intelligence domain.
- Team player with collaboration skills, capable of working with multidisciplinary teams.
